Meet Tim Miller, CFP®
Tim Miller, CFP®, brings more than 14 years of financial planning and leadership experience to AdviceOne, including expertise in portfolio design, tax-efficient income tactics, executive strategies, and estate planning. Tim has a strong academic background with a degree in Business and Financial Planning from Virginia Tech, and he’s been a Certified Financial Planner® since 2013. What truly sets Tim apart is his dedication to building lasting partnerships with his clients.
He began his journey at AdviceOne in 2010 and currently meets clients in the Ohio and North Carolina branches.
Tim’s passion lies in collaboratively crafting tax-efficient investment strategies that seamlessly align with his clients’ unique lifetime goals. He takes the time to understand their aspirations, dreams, and concerns, building a personalized roadmap to financial security.
Tim married his college sweetheart Kelly, and they are raising their son Sawyer, daughter Reese, and identical twin boys Jack and Brooks in Charlotte, NC. When not in the office, Tim embraces a hands-on approach, actively managing his timber farm through sustainable forestry practices, raising bees, and cultivating his home garden.
