I thought I knew what being dedicated and holding a high standard meant, but after joining AdviceOne, I’ve realized I’ve underestimated what that meant. Everyone is dedicated to performing their best and help you do the same. When I imagine what a work environment should be, without exaggeration, AdviceOne has surpassed that expectation; never have I been just excited to go into work each morning. Every person at AdviceOne has done their best to make me feel welcome and encouraged me to grow as a person and as a professional. In all honesty, coming on board felt like trying to jump onto a moving train, you are thrown right into the action. However, you are given the tools needed to succeed, it’s up to you to use them and trust the process.
