Meet Amity Raia
Amity Raia joined the AdviceOne team in 2021 as an Advisor-in-Training soon after graduating from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a degree in Business Finance. While studying, Amity tutored on campus for excel modeling, finance, and investments courses. A year into her studies, she assisted with the start of a wealth management program on campus that taught other students the basics of fiduciary-based financial advice. Those experiences led her to realize her love for teaching and helping others to succeed in their goals and endeavors.
Amity was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and currently resides there with her husband, Sam, two children, Everett and Annie, and dog, Nala. When out of the office, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, hiking, and being active with her family.
Fun facts about Amity
- Met her husband in Uruguay and decided to get married a few years later
- Loves making everything from scratch – including cheese, breads and yogurts
- Lived in Brazil for nearly a year and still dreams of going back for a long trip/li>
